Tinea Versicolor, also known as Pityriasis Versicolor, is an infection of the skin in the form of a fungus. This fungus is caused by a yeast that is naturally found on the skin, making this infection non-contagious. Tinea Versicolor appears in the form of a rash on the surface of the skin.
