Christopher Ney is a NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2006. He then earned his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College in 2011. Chris has been an integral part of our provider team since joining Eastside Dermatology in February of 2012.

Christopher’s dermatology background comes from extensive training under board certified dermatologists. He is proficient in diagnosing and treating numerous dermatologic disorders among, adults, teens, and pediatric patients. The conditions include, but are not limited too, skin cancer detection and treatment, eczema, acne, psoriasis, warts, and rashes. Christopher excels at adapting each patient visit to meet his patient’s individual needs with the highest level dermatologic care.

Christopher has a passion for education and is a current Adjunct Clinical Instructor, precepting students from various physician assistant programs. The students participate in a month long training, where they learn how to diagnose and treat dermatologic conditions, as well as, screening for skin cancers.

He has been a first aid volunteer for several years at the annual Pelotonia cancer fundraising event. He also serves as a board member for The Peggy Albright Foundation to help young women diagnosed with breast cancer.

When not practicing medicine, Christopher enjoys time with his wife and two children, traveling, and golfing.
