Case 197: Liposuction

A 36 year old male came in with complaints of gynecomastia(abnormally large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement). The patient's goal was to reduce the chest size, feel more comfortable with his shirt off at the pool and beach, look nicer in his clothing, and to increase his self confidence. Tumescent liposuction was performed resulting in a more natural appearing male chest. -"If I knew this procedure was this simple I would have had it done a long time ago. This was definitely a good experience. I have lived my entire life dealing with this condition and a poor self esteem. I feel better about myself and how I look. My clothes fit better because my shirts have decreased by one size. I am very pleased with the results" -JG
